Download full backup (database + photos) · database only · Rename the placeholders to real names. Removing a member who has stays hides them (their stays and totals are kept).

Contact info (Members directory)

One per line. People: Name | role (role optional). Phones: label | number or just the number. Emails: label | address or just the address.

Import stays from CSV

Columns: name, arrival, departure, note, people (header row optional; note and people optional — blank people = unknown). Dates as YYYY-MM-DD or M/D/YYYY. Unknown names are added as new members. Exact duplicates (same name + dates) are skipped.

Devices

Each browser is locked to the family it picked and can't switch itself. Reset lets that device pick again on its next visit. Reassign moves it to another family. Remove forgets it; it has to pick again, or comes back locked to its old family if it still remembers it.
